The 90-foot wall of screens displays traffic video from surveillance cameras, maps with GPS data, and the status and location of personnel. The Center was created in response to the aftermath of the terrorist train bombings on March 11, 2004, which triggered a swift, massive, but uncoordinated medical response. Radio communications were on incompatible frequencies and communication at the scene was limited to personal contact or telephone. Today, the Centre coordinates a fast, integrated response from the right team to a wide variety of emergencies.

On going extraterrestrial activity is taking place in ISRAEL since 1995. Alien medical teams from other realms or dimensions cure humans at Healers-Mediums alternative medicine clinics. Patients feel strange sensations during the treatments (itching, heat or cold, increase or decrease in gravity sensations and many more) and some even see and communicate with the Aliens medical teams. The number of clinics has increased steadily and presently ( 2003 ) there are 50 clinics in ISRAEL and 464 in the USA, (according to the Aliens). Alien alternative medicine clinics also exist in other countries ( England, Denmark, Australia ). ET medical activity helps to raise public awareness and increase acceptance of Alien existence.
Organized ET medical collaboration with Healers and Mediums is a leap forward in Alien-Human contact and collaboration beyond just UFO sighting, random contacts, encounters, abductions, or crash events as happened in Roswell. The Aliens treat humans in alternative medicine clinics only after the patients give their full consent. No abductions take place. In addition to the Alien medical activity, they willingly collaborate and answer questions on different issues including: information about Aliens and their activity on Earth, general science, astrophysics, and even Earth actuality events.
The eMED card is a small piece of plastic the size of a credit card that contains all the information a physician or first responder would need to treat you in case of a medical emergency. It is designed to be carried in your wallet or on your person at all times. You will have the security of knowing that your medical information will be instantly available to help save your life in case of an emergency.

The information on the eMED card includes:

* Personal information
* Emergency contacts
* Physician’s contact information
* Insurance information
* Medical conditions
* Known allergies
* Prescription medications
* Medical alerts

The card is available in credit card size or as a key chain tag, bracelet or dog tag.

What if you were in an accident or suffered a medical emergency, who could you count on for help?

* Ambulance attendants can give you immediate first aid and transport you to a hospital.
* Emergency room personnel can treat you and admit you to a healthcare facility if needed.
* Police officers can try to notify your family or emergency contacts that you are in trouble.

But what if they dont know your medical history or who to call?

Whether you are healthy or have a chronic condition, if you were in a situation where you were injured or unconscious and could not speak for yourself, the card would speak for you. Since timing is critical when it comes to emergency medical treatment, the eMED card can literally save your life.

NAIS: BAD FOR AMERICA, OPT OUT – http://www.newswithviews.com/Devvy/kidd429.htm

“Premises registration: Every person who owns even one horse, cow, pig, chicken, sheep, goat, deer, elk, bison, or virtually any livestock animal, will be forced to register their home, including owner’s name, address, and telephone number, and keyed to Global Positioning System coordinates, in a government database under a 7-digit “premises ID number.” (Standards, pp. 3-4, 10-12; Plan, p. 5.) Additionally, pet owners who own one parakeet, canary, cockatiel, etc. as owners of “exotic fowl” have been targeted for mandatory inclusion in this system.

“If you buy a pet bird after this system is put into effect, it probably will already have an Animal Identification Number. It will be registered to you, and you must register your premises (wherever you keep the bird). If you move the bird off your “premises” for any reason, or it dies, or it produces more birds, you must report such activity to the federal government within 24 hours. In Texas, there was a staff recommendation to hold off on mandatory registration of exotic fowl kept as pets, until a disease was suspected, then they will implement mandatory registration. However, that recommendation is on hold until TAHC decides what path it will take.”

Fighting to Stop the National Animal Identification System (NAIS) – http://www.libertyark.net/NAIS-new/NAIS%20Clip/#

Obama’s big idea: Digital health records – http://money.cnn.com/2009/01/12/technology/stimulus_health_care/index.htm

In 2002, the VeriChip Corporation received preliminary approval from the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to market its device in the U.S. within specific guidelines. Since its effective approval in 2004 [2], about 80 hospitals and 232 doctors have elected to use the system.[3]

By implanting such a chip with a patient’s medical record, hospitals and emergency workers can immediately gain access to an ill or injured person’s medical history regardless of location or condition. Implanted chips are impossible to lose, which could reduce or increase the chances of information theft. Homes and automobiles could be equipped with scanners for microchips, making house and car keys obsolete (although an RFID lock requires a working power source to function). Locks and ignition switches would only work for persons with an appropriately programmed chip.

Chip Implants for “Aggressive” HIV Patients? Authorities in Indonesia’s Papua region are contemplating a new tactic to decrease the spread of HIV—microchip implants: Lawmakers in Indonesia’s Papua are mulling the selective use of chip implants in HIV carriers to monitor their behaviour in a bid to keep them from infecting others, a doctor said Tuesday.
