What is the new contact info for the new place to request your army medical reocrds??? Apparently its changed recently.

I apologise in advance for this being so long.

Yesterday I had to catch a metro train to Newcastle, and then a train from Newcastle station. I was running late and knew that if I missed the next metro, I would miss the train that I had to catch. I arrived at the metro station just as the train was about to leave, so I ran and jumped on it, under the impression that I would be able to buy a ticket from one of the ticket inspectors I had previously seen on the trains. As I have only used the metro a handful of times in the past, I was unaware that this was not the case and that I had to purchase the ticket BEFORE boarding the train. I was issued with a Penalty Fare Notice, and paid the £20 fine to IRCAS online as soon as I could. I am aware that Fixed Penalty Notices will show up on an enhanced CRB check, but I do not know whether the Penalty Fare Notice falls under this category/would show up. I ask because I am applying to medical school this year and have to send off my UCAS form, and for the course I have to declare whether anything would show up on an enhanced CRB check.

"This course has entry requirements which may require you to disclose further information regarding any spent or unspent convictions or any past criminal activities, and may also require a criminal records check.

Further checks may also be required under the ISA vetting and barring scheme if this course requires regular contact with children or vulnerable adults.

If you have spent or unspent convictions from a court outside Great Britain, additional checks may be carried out depending on the records available in respect of the applicable country.

A criminal records check may show all spent and unspent criminal convictions including (but not limited to) cautions, reprimands, final warnings, bind over orders or similar and, to the extent relevant to this course, may also show details of any minor offences, fixed penalty notices, penalty notices for disorder, ASBOs or VOOs.

Please tick if you have any spent or unspent convictions or other punishments that would show up on a criminal records check."

Obviously I do not want to tick the box if this isn’t going to show up, as my record is otherwise clean, but equally I don’t want to not tick it and find out it did show up, as this would be seen as dishonest.

Has anyone applied to UCAS for a course requiring a criminal background check after recieving a Penalty Fare Notice from IRCAS/similar? If so, did you declare it/did it show up when your record was checked?

If you haven’t applied to UCAS, but have had an enhanced CRB after recieving a Penalty Fare Notice, did it show up?

Also, is a Penalty Fare Notice different from a Fixed Penalty Notice? I know that FPNs are no longer just for motoring offences.

The information for CRB checks comes from information held on you by the police. As the police did not get involved with this at any stage, they will not know about it and therefore there’s no way that they could disclose it. You’re 100% safe – don’t worry.

I had applied for my class II medical test & sent the reports to the DGCA medical cell. It has been two months now & i have not yet recieved any response from them.
Can you please tell me what should I do ?

Some times It will take more than 2 months to get the assessment (file number from DGCA)..You can go and talk with them (DGCA Medical Cell, which is opp to Safdarjung airport ) directly with this regard or Call them on 91-11-24622495..

The medication isn’t for a serious condition but prevents painful constipation that cannot be controlled by diet alone and is a long term medication. My daughter is 8 and has suffered since she was only 8 weeks old and we have tried everything else. Since being on this med, she is a totally different child, much happier and no longer in pain. My second daughter is 6 and already has a tomato allergy but dr advised to keep a food diary as she obviously seems to be reaction to something else also (her lips swells and get very red and sore). He refuses to do this and says that she is not allergic to anything and just licks her lips lots which makes them sore. I cannot speak to him as i left due to domestic violence and he still intimidates me. His girlfriend picks the children up and i talk to her with no effect. He just seems to the opposite of what i say. I would refuse to let them go but there is a court order in place and i really not sure if i want to get social services involved you hear so many scare stories.

Forget social service, talk to the courts and tell them what is going off, if he isn’t following medical advice then he is not fit to care for them on weekends

Yes there are just ask your eye doctor if you could get colored contacts instead of clear.

I wasn’t so familiar with all the details of RAID 1 and how different controller cards handle it differently. I tried to clone an old OEM HDD to a new identical HDD via 3ware 9650SE. Now I’ve lost the original drive in that it won’t boot. I was impatient and took a risk and "built" the array knowing this could happen. Should I bother buying a USB-SATA cable and d****ng around with freeware or should I just spend the $500 at a data recovery place? It’s someone else’s computer with a ton of contacts and medical info on it and I would like to get it back ASAP. BTW Any suggestions for good formatting error fixes? I haven’t written anything to the drive since erasing it.

first, recover your files. You will need to use something like asoftech data recovery.

I’ve had to use it many times in the past but in this case you need to plug that drive into another system as an external drive or slave drive and run the software from there. It will rebuild the drive and hopefully recover the files.

After you get back your files, you can then format the drive and reinstall your system.

Various medical spam is being sent to random contacts from my contact list having never been initiated by me. Some of my contacts are getting upset, as am I. How can I stop this? I have already changed my password to one which is much more secure. Do I need to switch to a more secure e-mail provider?

I done my barb test two weeks ago and got my medical forms signed by the doctor and returned them to my local recruiting office myself as the recruiter told me to.I am just wondering how long it takes until they will contact me with a date for my interview? Should i ring them?

I have three medical collection accounts. One is for $50 and was last reported 07/2005 only to Experian, Second is $200 and although just as old was recently reported Equifax 05/2011 and the other agencies 09/2010. The third is for $1000 was reported 06/2010 to Equifax, but not since 05/2006 to the other agencies.

I really want to improve my credit and could easily pay the first two off, but will have a harder time with the larger amount. My question is should I contact the collection agencies to request a "pay to delete"? Negotiate pay? or would I just be waking a sleeping dragon?

It should also be noted that I could use the money to pay off a high balance credit card instead.

Medical accounts report for 7 years (not 7 1/2 years) starting from the date the bill was created and you were expected to pay (that would be the date you saw the medical provider). If you plan to pay then you should use your HIPAA rights and bypass the collector and pay the original medical provider through their HIPAA Compliance Dept., though you would have to pay the full amount that is due the original medical provider (not what the collector claims is due). Once the original medical provider is paid in full then they are required by law to recall the debt from the collector, to have the collector remove everything in their files concerning the debt and to remove anything that was placed on your reports.

Medical debts would fall under the UCC, for goods and services, with a 4 year statute of limitations. If the medical debt comes from a hospital that receives state, federal, civic, etc., funding then a SOL defense on it’s own may not be much of a defense.

You might go to the site I’ve listed in the source box and do some reading in the Medical Forum. You will be able to find a guide in how to deal with the original medical providers, and also the collectors and the credit bureaus if needed. The site is free to read, ask any questions you may have and to use any info that you find on it.

what can you do? He has also filed grievances. They say in the policy that inmates are to get proper medical treatment but they don’t until it is almost to late. Then they only way they do you have to complain the governor’s office. As of now they have waited so long he has several medical issues, one behind the other. I have contacted, lawyers, CCA, TDOC, the governor, the commissioner, the warden, the state representative, the mayor of the city and the medical expert in the prison. They only try to cover it up. so when someone say they have someone in prison that is not getting proper medical treatment it no LIE. he is still sittin there suffering with brain damage from infection and is suppose to get an MRI but has not being taking yet. The same thing happened when it all began when he got bit by a brown recluse they wait for 5 months before taking him to a medical hospital and the only reason they did then was because I contacted everyone I could thin of all the way to the governor’s office.By this time is was so serious all the other problems started. this is how it all began. He is not a murder, child molester, rapist, sex offender, none of these and no he don’t have life. this time i contacted the president’s office but they are still dragging their feet. So to the person that responded to the other comment about the dad not getting help no it is not a lie.
