Here’s the letter from the U.S. Attorney General’s office which says Charlie should be sentenced just as if there was no new medical marijuana policy. They are accusing him of violating state law but he’s never been charged with state law.

The numbers in the red box are DEA #s. The other numbers that are not blurred out are City of Morro Bay numbers. Charlie called them after he called the DEA based on the advice they gave Charlie.
