my physician died and my medical records have been sent to a company i need to contact them?

i need access to my medical records and can;t remember the name of the company that has them

If he had partners in his practice, or if someone has taken over his practice they should be able to tell you.. Just call the original phone number and see. Also you could try calling the hospital where your doctor was on staff, and they should be able to tell you.. : )
