i thought i was gonna die lately too, my bp was 170/140 a couple times and i didnt even know i was high at all, anywho im in great shape like savage so i thought it was all good. Lately ive been taking aspeargus , uva ursi ,fish oil, lotsa garlic, dandellion, and it went down considerably. Plus when u think ur dying ur world slows down, its nice. It just bugs me that all these little tiny things bug me and stress me out, its so stupid. And i breath alot , i always forget to breath.

I am tired all the time. I know…”get help” only I can’t. I must keep working. There is no one to take care of me or my rescue dogs….
