    ….arrested?? ….this is insane, for stopping & going on a red traffic light, in a medical emergency….even righting a citation would have been too much in my view….but to be detained & prevented from receiving medical attention….yeah, he was arrested w/ bullshit charges to intimidate him from pressing charges for gross misconduct & just plain stupid arrogance of power enforced with impunity and no consequences (so they hope) for bad cops & bad policy to run a muck over civil rights….
