How do I find owners contact info. for active commercial buildings.?

I have started a commercial building cleaning service and would like to find a way to get contact info. of general managers for commercial buildings, such as offices,medical ,condo complexes and the like.
I am finding it a diffucult task to get info. about these contacts and am hoping someone may have some ideas for me.

The owners do not handle this sort of thing. You need to contact the property managers they hired to manage the properties.

You best sources for your business are property management companies.

You will find them in the Yellow Pages of your telephone book.

Unfortunately there is a large excess of commercial building cleaning services. For you to get business you will have to take that business from someone else who already has the contract to clean that building.

Right now we are in a building slump. There not new commercial buildings, You have to take your business from the existing commercial cleaning service.
