someone please help about my army application?

ive just done my barb,ive been given a rg 8 form (medical questionaire) i need someone’s help (preferably a recruiter) or someone who knows about this.i dont want to ask my recruiter just in case they get suspicious if they can help my contacting me or i can contact them by phone (british army)

why would a recruiter get suspicious if you asked for help?
