This is what I gathered from Sheldan Nidle update, and his First Contact lovely book. in my own words on what i found out.
We will all witness and experience these ships after the landings take place, we will realize that there are over millions and millions of different shapes and colours and size of these lovely Scout Ship that come in many different designs. Every ship’s are Organic, and work Telepatically with the flight crew. They use Holographic Technology (With their mind they can manifest anything on board the ships, Galactic Federation of Light ships, are in live contact with each other and with feedback , they are giving instruction by the, federation command bases in Inner Earth, at all time. and the Three rings of millions of ships parked, in our solar system. are in live communication at all time with the command bases inside earth, (working with argathans) and on the Moon, Mars, and Uranus. Communication between scoutships, and motherships and to the command base, are in sync and in harmony. Sirian Star Nation, Motherships are as big as 300-600 miles long and some, planet size motherships that are bigger than Earth, are parked around Uranus. Sirian Motherships have command bases around Uranus. all this is in preparation for the first contact to commence when the annoucements have been made.
