i received a letter from the curtis tucker medical center saying that they needed to talk to me about an important matter ? i recently (march or april) had an hiv/aids test done at kaiser and the results were negative. but i do have herpes . i wondering does anybody know why a "public health investigator" from a place ive never been to needs to talk to me. also at the bottom of the letter IX and TX were circled and below it 2 and 3 were also circled .

Probably regarding who you have had sex with lately to track the herpes outbreak.In case they have to contact anyone else.
