Swallowed shampoo, how much needs medical help?

today while in the shower i swallowed some shampoo accidentally and it burned. all though ive done this before its never been more than a little taste of shampoo, accidentally of course, and this time it felt like a lot more. my stomach hurts a little and im pretty worried. on the back of the bottle it does say "contact a poison control centre or medical help" or something if swallowed. but dont they put that on everything mouthwash toothpaste everything??? it was head and shoulders dandruff shampoo. I am 14 years old and of an average weight. Please, no rude answers. It’s an honest question.
thank you for all your answers. i do feel just a little sick and havent, you know, died yet so i guess ill be fine. my mom doesnt seem to think its a big deal and even though i’ve told her that maybe it is she doesn’t seem to think so. i appreciate your answers a lot. please answer more if you have input.

Don’t listen to them, that warning is for little kids who chug an entire bottle. You will be OK. Drink lots of water to get it out of your stomach if it still hurts.

    if you go to the hospital, they make you throw up, literally they give you medicine to puke at least 3 times

    so just puke on your own and eat/drink

    I guess they put that in case a baby or child or even a pet accidentally ingest it, but just a few swallows won’t hurt your system, that’s totally normal

  7. Yeah contact poison control you may be having a allergic reaction if first used. If not it will be because of the ingredient’s all shampoo company’s have the same ingredient’s!

    That is what my sister did when my nephew swallowed liquid dish soap. They were a lot of help.
