Rudy Reyes and Wendy Christakes continue the fight for safe access to medical marijuana in San Diego before the City Council.

With City Councilmember Marti Emerald calling for testimony from medical cannabis patients at the Public Safety Subcommittee, Donna Frye calling for a resumption of the Medical Cannabis Task Force, and Todd Gloria’s office meeting with the Hope Unlimited group, Rudy & Wendy call on the mayor to act.

Unfortunately, the County cannot look at regulations until they can admit that sales is legal. That is, sales is exempt from prosecution under state law.
Please look up the County of San Diego district attorney’s office and tell them to let our people go! Drop all charges against medical cannabis providers that they have pending, and start working with the City and County governments to liscence, tazx, and regulate!!!!
