I am staying in mumbai, India.
2 days back, i had purchased a packet of capsule(10 nos) from the medical store. It was looking all right, also expiry date was enough (May 2009). When I tried to take one capsule at home, It was found to be improper, with bad smell.

I contacted the medical store, the staff over there are giving sense less answers – "If you wouldn’t have cut that, I would have accepted"
How the hell am I supposed to know, its not proper??

How do i fight against that medical store?
Whom should i contact/ compliant this issue.

I know, Its not only me, there may be thousands & thousands of ppl, who would have gone through this.

Any advice is really appreciated. Thnaks

i would recommend going to the store and talk to the manager if he/she is there.
