Tucking is usually part of the day to day reality for a transexual. It usually involves pushing of the testicles back into the body and wrapping the penile tissue under the body, combined with supporting underwear, to achieve a flatter appearance.
There are many techniques to achieve this, some actually involve taping the penile tissue down, to not only create a flatter appearance, but to simulate the natural frontal anatomy of a cisgendered female. Great for the beach.
Taping can hurt and irritate the skin. Medical tape seems to be the most delicate on the skin. Just remember to give your skin a little TLC after taking the tape off.
The more you tuck and put your testicles in a unnatural position for a extended period of time, especially when on Hormone replacement therapy remember to “feel” your testicles from time to time. If you find any protruding lumps contact your medical physician!

UHG! I hate tucking. I wear a gaff. You can find them on ebay, just make sure you order one size smaller than your measurements prompt you to. Been on HRT for 15 months so my boys slip up inside when I sit with my legs crossed, feels kinda wierd when they’re moving! Going to look on that link you provided.
